After Sales Support

Cross-border clients are either local clients or affiliates of your global clients, selling products to them either locally or globally and have the after-sales support commitment as a part of your sales contract and according to this contract, you need to establish a critical spare parts inventory at the client’s location to make sure that clients can be served with spare parts immediately.

Our IOR / EOR services do this for You

  • Consign the shipments to us, we then import and manage the inventory to fulfill the orders based on your instructions
  • Support you in the case of returns & repairs, we can pickup defective products and arrange return as the EOR
  • After a product is repaired, you can consign it back to us for importation and distribution back to the client
If required, we also collect receivables from your clients with a silent distributor solution!
